Description
The purpose of the concerted action is to provide the services of the humanitarian care programme under the conditions set out in Annex II of Order ISM/680/2022 of 19 July.
To this end, Order ISM/680/2022, of 19 July, develops the authorization procedure in the single additional provision, and in Articles 6 to 8 for the entities that are interested in requesting it, which must demonstrate compliance with the requirements of Article 5, by presenting documentation related to the accreditation of:
- the characteristics and organisation of the institution;
- the necessary means and resources of the institution;
- The experience and trajectory of the entity and qualification and training of the human team; this will be taken into account when the quality of such personnel can significantly affect their better execution.
Subsequently, the allocation of seats to the authorized entities will be made through the allocation communications (article 12 of Order ISM/680/2022, of July 19) that will be notified by the conciliation body, depending on the resources available by each entity. These assignment communications will determine the type of place based on the phase of the itinerary, as well as the geographical location.
