Data Protection
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - RGPD) it is reported that personal data, provided through the forms offered on the portals of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration and its associated electronic offices, will be treated according to the applicable law. Exceptionally it will be based on the rest of the conditions provided in article 6 GDPR.
The data will be collected through the corresponding forms, which will only contain the fields essential for the processing of the services or services requested. It is up to the interested party to update their own data; the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration will not be responsible for its inaccuracy if the changes that may have occurred are not communicated.
You can exercise, in the terms established in the Regulation itself, your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability of the data, and those of limitation and opposition to the treatments, as well as not be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data including the elaboration of profiles before the body responsible for the treatment.

In compliance with Article 31.2 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, this inventory of processing activities is made public, accessible by electronic means.
