¿Qué es la Sede Electrónica?
La Sede Electrónica es una oficina virtual que el Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones ha puesto en marcha en Internet para atender el derecho de los ciudadanos de interactuar con la Administración por medios electrónicos, tal y como establece la Ley 11/2007.
Las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) están revolucionando la forma en que las personas y las empresas se comunican entre sí y con las Administraciones Públicas. En este contexto, las Administraciones Públicas, comprometidas con el principio de eficacia que enuncia el artículo 103 de la Constitución Española, están adaptándose progresivamente a estos cambios para poder ofrecer a los ciudadanos las ventajas y posibilidades de esta nueva forma de comunicación.
Ventajas de usar la Sede Electrónica
Las TIC permiten acercar la Administración a los ciudadanos, de tal manera que, desde su propia casa o lugar de trabajo, pueden realizar el mismo trámite que hacían antes de forma presencial, ahorrándose desplazamientos y tiempos de espera. Además, la Sede Electrónica permite usar las aplicaciones disponibles los 365 días del año las 24 horas del día. Hay que tener en cuenta que la recepción en días inhábiles se entenderá efectuada el primer día hábil siguiente.
