This royal decree is intended to regulate the direct granting, on an exceptional basis and for reasons of public, social and humanitarian interest, of subsidies to the autonomous communities to promote and encourage better attention to the basic needs of the beneficiaries of temporary protection affected by the conflict in Ukraine who lack sufficient economic resources, compensating for the increase in current and personnel expenses that the administrations of the beneficiary entities and the local entities of their respective territories have had and will have between February 24, 2022 and December 31, 2023 as a result of the realization of some of the planned bankable actions.

The current and personnel expenses arising from the development of the following benefits and activities by the administrations of the autonomous communities and the local entities of each one will be eligible for financing:

• The strengthening of information and guidance services that facilitate equitable access to social resources and public services or, where appropriate, the creation of new devices for this purpose.
• The provision, directly or indirectly, of accommodation or maintenance services to beneficiaries of temporary protection affected by the conflict in Ukraine who lack sufficient financial means in alternative accommodation in situations of personal or family crisis, which may be of a temporary or indefinite nature, according to the circumstances that determine it.
• The provision, directly or indirectly, of financial assistance to persons benefiting from temporary protection affected by the conflict in Ukraine who do not have sufficient financial means, as a supplement to basic housing and maintenance benefits.
• The provision, direct or indirect, of services of conciliation, leisure and free time
• The provision, directly or indirectly, of learning services in Spanish or other official languages.
• Management expenses which, without being directly related to the actions provided for in points (a), (b) and (c), are strictly necessary in order to be able to carry out such actions. Beneficiary entities may allocate up to 10% of the total amount due to them for this subsidy to finance these expenses.

The actions carried out between 24 February 2022 and 31 December 2023 are considered eligible for funding.

The content of these actions is developed in the articulation of Royal Decree 672/2022.

THOSE BENEFICIARIES OF TEMPORARY PROTECTION WHO ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THIS AID MUST GO TO THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY WHERE THEY ARE REGISTERED BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPETENT TO PROCESS THE PROCEDURE.

ОСОБИ З ТИМЧАСОВИМ ЗАХИСТОМ ЯКІ ХОЧУТЬ ЗАПРОСИТИ ЦЮ ДОПОМОГУ МАЮТЬ ЗВЕРНУТИСЯ У АВТОНОМНЕ СУСПІЛЬСТВО У ЯКОМУ ПРОПИСАНІ, ТАК ЯК ЦЕ ВОНИ УПОВНОВАЖЕНІ ДЛЯ ОПРАЦЮВАННЯ ДАНИХ ПРОЦЕДУР.
