Call for grants for Voluntary Return of Immigrant Persons projects
Description
Voluntary return projects will facilitate foreign people in vulnerable situations, the possibility of returning voluntarily from Spain to their countries of origin for their reintegration, viable and sustainable.
There are two types of projects:
- Assisted voluntary return and reintegration project, which aims to facilitate people in situations of special vulnerability the possibility of returning from Spain to their countries of origin through individualized return and reintegration pathways. 11 et seq. be eligible for a temporary residence permit in accordance with Article 20(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. )
ATTENTION: No application will be submitted that, even if registered in this electronic office, is not made through the official form of Annex I within the time period established in the call.
It must also be taken into account that each of the documents to be attached must be previously electronically signed preferably in PAdES format.
The notifications related to this grant procedure to be carried out by the General Directorate of Integration and Humanitarian Assistance will be produced in this same electronic office. A field appears in Annex I concerning the application in which the e-mail in which a courtesy notice will be received when a notice is given. Please note that the notification box can only be accessed by the person who has the certificate with which the application has been registered in this electronic office.
