Seal of Social Inclusion

Description

In order to promote public-private collaboration to contribute to the common objective of social inclusion, the first additional provision of Law 19/2021, of 20 December, includes the mandate to regulate the Social Inclusion Seal (SIS). The SIS is a public distinctive of the General Administration of the State with which public business entities, public commercial companies, private companies, self-employed or self-employed workers, as well as foundations, will be distinguished, which develop actions that contribute to the transit of persons benefiting from the minimum vital income, from a situation of risk of poverty and exclusion to active participation in society.

The SIS is developed through Royal Decree 636/2022, of July 26, which regulates the Social Inclusion Seal.

Available in: Official State Gazette (BOE) of July 27, 2022 (pdf)

Typologies:

The Seal may be requested and obtained under different typologies, being possible to request and obtain several typologies at once, for one or more actions.

  2. Support for childhood and adolescence.
  3. Socio-labor insertion.
