  2. If not, proceed to download and install this latest version
  3. Remove cache or upgrade with F5/F5 control

If the test is negative, contact your computer. If it is positive and the problems continue, please send us a check screen printing.

Description

Form for you to submit your claims. Important: claims only relating to the web accessibility of the Ministry’s portals, such as not being able to read a file or document published on the Ministry’s websites. You can use this form if once a request for accessible information or complaint about the web accessibility of the Ministry’s portals has been made, it has been rejected, you did not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements of article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018.

General Information

Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector establishes the complaint procedure that the interested party can follow in the event that a request for accessible information or complaint has been rejected, does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not comply with the requirements set forth in article 12.5.

Purpose

The person concerned may initiate a complaint in order to know and oppose the reasons for the rejection, to urge the adoption of appropriate measures in the event of not agreeing with the decision adopted, or to explain the reasons why the response is considered not to comply with the required requirements.

Deadline for reply

The responsible unit must respond to the person concerned within a maximum period of two months.

The lapse of this period may be suspended in the event that the person concerned must be required, within ten working days, to make the necessary clarifications for the correct processing of the claim. Once this period has elapsed without the person concerned having made the necessary clarifications, the procedure will continue.

Against the resolution of the claim regulated in the previous articles, the appropriate administrative remedies may be filed, in accordance with the provisions of article 112 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October.
