Presentation of applications for residence authorization for international mobility (Authorizations regulated by Law 14/2013, to support entrepreneurs and their internationalization)
Description
Submission of applications for residence authorization of international mobility regulated by:
- Law 14/2013, of support to entrepreneurs and their internationalization. (Title V, Section Two, International Mobility arts. 63 to 76)
- Order PCM/1238/2021, of November 12, which publishes the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of November 2, 2021, which approves the instructions determining the procedure for entry and stay of third-country nationals who exercise activity in the audiovisual sector.
- In the case of authorizations for international teleworker and entrepreneur the applicant will be the foreigner himself who will be the holder of the authorization
- In the case of authorizations for highly qualified professional, researcher and displaced worker in an intra-company transfer, workers of the audiovisual sector or of the 37th Copa del América de Vela, the application must be submitted by the Spanish entity in which the foreigner will provide services. In accordance with Article 68.1 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October, if the application for initiation does not meet the requirements indicated in Article 66, and, if applicable, those indicated in Article 67 or other required by the applicable specific legislation, the interested party will be required to, within ten days, correct the absence or accompany the mandatory models, with indication that, if he does not do so, he will be taken for granted the right to file a valid form. that is attached to the application must be signed electronically with a certificate of legal person's representative). In the event that the subject legitimated is a physical person, they can also be opcinally signed electronically through said applications

Requirements and documentation
