To comply with the provisions of article 334 of the Consolidated Text of the Public Sector Contracts Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of November 14, all calls for tenders, their results and how much information is considered relevant regarding the contracts that this Department enters into, they should be consulted on the website of the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
Adjudicaciones y concursos
Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 334 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011, de 14 de noviembre, todas las convocatorias de licitaciones, sus resultados y cuanta información se considere relevante relativa a los contratos que este Departamento celebre, deberán consultarse en la página web de la Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público.
