RD 882/2021 of direct grants for the financing of the National System of Reception and Integration of Applicants and Beneficiaries of International Protection
Description
The purpose of this Royal Decree will be to regulate the direct granting, on an exceptional basis and for reasons of public social and humanitarian interest, of subsidies to the entities listed in its article 4 to finance the National Reception and Integration System for applicants and beneficiaries of international protection (SAISAR), and socio-sanitary care in the temporary stay centres of immigrants in Ceuta and Melilla.
The projects that will be subsidized may include actions in the following areas:
- Priority I.2. Creation or maintenance of reception facilities and development of integration itineraries for applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, applicants and beneficiaries of stateless status, persons covered by the temporary protection regime in Spain.
- Priority II. To facilitate social and health care in the Temporary Immigrant Stay Centres (CETI) of Ceuta and Melilla.
- Priority III.3. Aimed at the reception of specific groups.
- Priority IV. Equipment and adaptation of properties.
- Priority V. Development of individualized work placement itineraries.
The content of these actions is developed in Annex II of Royal Decree 882/2021. The projects included in priorities II, III.3 and IV may be co-financed by the AMIF.
