RD 1114/20 on direct grants for the financing of the National System for the Reception and Integration of Applicants and Beneficiaries of International Protection
Description
This royal decree is intended to regulate the direct granting, on an exceptional basis and for humanitarian and social reasons, of subsidies to the entities listed in its article 4 to finance the Reception and Integration System for Applicants and Beneficiaries of International Protection (SAISAR).
The projects that will be subsidized may include actions in the following areas:
- Priority I.2. Creation or maintenance of reception facilities and development of integration itineraries for applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, applicants and beneficiaries of stateless status, persons receiving temporary protection in Spain.
- Priority II. To facilitate social and health care in the Temporary Immigrant Stay Centres (CETI) of Ceuta and Melilla.
- Priority III.3. Creation or maintenance of specific resources for the comprehensive care of vulnerable groups and for the development of their integration pathways.
- Priority IV. Equipment and adaptation of buildings.
- Priority V. Development of individualized labor insertion pathways.
The content of these actions is developed in annex II of Royal Decree 1114/2020. The projects included in priority II may be co-financed by the FAMI.
