Description
The purpose of these grants is to strengthen humanitarian assistance in the First Reception within the Reception and Integration System for applicants and beneficiaries of international protection.
It is regulated by Royal Decree 441/2007, of 3 April, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to entities and organizations that carry out humanitarian care activities for immigrants and which has been modified by Royal Decree 450/2019, of 19 July, to include the humanitarian care of applicants and beneficiaries of international protection.
The subsidised actions include:
- First reception: Reception, evaluation and referral of applicants and beneficiaries of international protection in Spain. The objective of this priority is the expansion of the resources and complementary services necessary to be able to properly care for people while they are being diverted to the resources where they will develop their integration itinerary.
- Reception, basic guidance on the System and first needs assessment to, if appropriate, refer to resources adapted to the profile of each person in the shortest possible time.
- Coverage of the basic and urgent needs of the people who require it in temporary accommodation resources, preferably centers for more than 30 people, while the evaluation and referral indicated in the previous point takes place.
- Urgent complementary services of psychological care, legal assistance, translation and interpretation.
- Equipment and adaptation of properties. This priority is intended to support the acquisition of adequate material resources for the operation or adaptation of temporary accommodation resources and other resources necessary for the development of projects.
The projects may be co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (FAMI).
The forms are made available in Word and Excel format to facilitate their completion. However, for their presentation, each of the forms must be converted into Pdf format and must be signed in PADES format by the legal representative of the entity. As for the tables in Annex III, in addition to the electronically signed PDF, they will also be presented in unsigned Excel format. El tamaño máximo de cada fichero que se presente será de 10 Mb.
