Royal Decree 590/2022, of 19 July, regulating the direct granting of subsidies to certain entities for the financing of the International Protection Reception System
Description
This Royal Decree is intended to regulate the direct granting, on an exceptional basis and for reasons of public and humanitarian interest, arising from the conflict in Ukraine, of subsidies to finance the international protection reception system.
The programmes that will be subsidized are those that integrate the itinerary of the international protection reception system in its three phases: initial assessment and derivation, reception and autonomy, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 590/2022, of 19 July.
p>These programmes may include actions in the following priorities: First reception, understood as the assessment and referral of the target persons. Within the framework of this action, these persons will be given first attention in airports, ports and other border posts or in the offices of the entities, following their decision to make the request for international protection and/or temporary protection. Creation or maintenance of reception facilities and development of integration pathways for target persons. Priority III.3. Creation or maintenance of reception facilities and development of integration pathways aimed at the reception of specific groups.
Priority IV. Equipment and adaptation of buildings.
Priority V. Development of individualized work placement itineraries.
The content of these actions is developed in annex II of the Royal Decree. The projects included in priorities III.3 and IV may be co-financed by the FAMI.
