Royal Decree 673/2022, of 1 August, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies to the autonomous communities to finance the provision of direct economic aid to persons benefiting from the temporary protection regime affected by the conflict in Ukraine who lack sufficient economic resources.
Description
This royal decree is intended to regulate the direct granting, on an exceptional basis and for reasons of public, social and humanitarian interest, of subsidies to the autonomous communities to finance direct aid to persons benefiting from temporary protection affected by the conflict in Ukraine, who do not occupy a place or obtain resources or means from the emergency mechanism of the Secretariat of State for Migration to care for displaced persons or from any of the programs that are part of the reception itinerary, regulated in Title II of the Regulation regulating the reception system in the field of international protection, approved by Royal Decree 220/2022, of 29 March.
The following actions will be eligible for funding:
The payment of an aid in the amount of 400 euros per month per adult person, plus 100 euros per month per dependent minor. The persons must prove the link with the minor in charge, by means of a resolution granting the temporary protection regime jointly and jointly with the minor.
The management costs incurred by the beneficiary entity to carry out the previous action, up to a maximum amount of 10% of the amount allocated to each beneficiary entity.
The period of execution of the actions to be financed will be from the entry into force of the royal decree until December 31, 2023.
The content of the actions, as well as the requirements that must be met by the people to be final recipients are developed in the articulation of Royal Decree 673/2022.
